1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Dmytro Mesh, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, tax ID 3160719897, Odesa (“we”). The website meshkor.io operates under the MESHKOR brand.

2. What we collect
- Data you enter in the form: name, phone number, Telegram username, preferred way of contact, website address, selected services.
- Technical request data: page URL, campaign tags (UTM), browser time zone.
- Correspondence if you message, call or email us.
We do not ask for or collect passport data, bank card details or other sensitive data through the website.
3. Why
- To respond to your request, run the free audit and prepare a proposal.
- To conclude and perform a contract if you decide to work with us.
Legal basis: your consent given by submitting the form, and steps prior to entering into and performing a contract (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; for EU users — Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Who receives the data
Form submissions are relayed via Google Apps Script (Google LLC) to Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) to the MESHKOR work account. These services may process data outside Ukraine and the EU. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Request data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact unless a contract is signed. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and the period required by law for accounting records.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion. Write to hello@meshkor.io or Telegram — we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent.
8. Changes
The current version is always published on this page; the date is shown at the top.
